The Site provides information about Andrew Lewis’s keynotes, workshops and related services, and allows you to make enquiries, book discovery calls, subscribe to email updates and access downloadable resources.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that is fraudulent, misleading or harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected systems

- Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, keynote descriptions, frameworks, images, videos, graphics, logos, downloadable resources and design — is owned by or licensed to Andrew Lewis and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
“The Rehearsal Room Theory”, keynote titles and associated frameworks referenced on the Site remain the intellectual property of Andrew Lewis.
3. Downloadable resources
Any resources made available for download on the Site are provided for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage them, present them as your own work, or remove any attribution or copyright notices they contain.
4. Bookings and enquiries
Booking a discovery call or submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract for services. Any engagement for keynotes, workshops or other services will be subject to a separate agreement or written confirmation, including fees, deliverables and cancellation terms.

The content on the Site is provided for general information purposes only. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations that the content is complete, current or error-free.
